Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection Supervisor experience in retail or distribution settings.
• Knowledge of investigation and interviewing skills.
• Strong communicator, informal doer and motivator.
• 4–6 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, advise and develop Loss Prevention hourly staff.
• Coordinate shrink reduction programs with Operations and senior Loss Prevention staff.
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with LP processes.
• Inspect security systems to protect merchandise, building and associates; report exceptions.
• Complete written management reports on audits and incidents.
• Participate in safety and shrink committees and daily operations meetings.
• Participate in internal investigations involving employee theft and related issues.
