Qualifications

• Two or more years in loss prevention experience.
• Proficient with PC and iOS hardware/software.
• State guard certification and client-specific certifications must be current.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct undercover surveillance to detect shoplifters.
• Prepare incident reports on thefts and recoveries.
• Testify in court when required.
• Support retail operations and ensure safety standards.
