Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent in Houston, TX to safeguard employees and company assets. The role emphasizes enforcing LP and safety policies, investigating incidents, and supporting audits and shrinkage reduction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, the ability to detain shoplifters when needed, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Starting salary is $28/hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work for extended periods at a desk on a computer or standing/walking as required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Experience in conducting investigations preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail Loss Prevention experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge and exemplify LP/safety policy, procedures, and standards.
• Train store employees on LP and safety policy and ensure compliance.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident, and investigative reports per guidelines.
• Assist management in investigations of policy violations.
• Support shortage reduction initiatives including audits and inventory counts.
