Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product guidance.
• Protects assets and enforces store policies to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Supports onboarding and training of new and existing team members in loss prevention practices.
• Maintains merchandising standards, price changes, and store presentation per guidelines.
