Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Loss Prevention to protect assets and uphold store standards. You’ll partner with teammates to deliver a safe, welcoming shopping experience and enforce loss prevention policies with integrity and accountability.

The role focuses on protecting assets, guiding teammates, and ensuring policies are followed in a fast-paced retail environment. Targeted Pay Range: $18.00–$26.00 per hour, starting pay depends on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing knowledgeable information about products.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Maintains safety and loss-prevention standards and enforces store policies.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and ensures inventory readiness.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment and adheres to safety and policy procedures.
