Accurate Personnel is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate for our Brighton, Colorado location. The role focuses on detecting, reporting, and resolving safety and theft-related issues while delivering customer service per company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention or security roles preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance to detect and deter theft and security incidents.
• Perform routine inspections to maintain facility security and asset protection.
• Monitor CCTV where applicable and enforce safety procedures.
• Assist in training new hires on loss prevention protocols.
• Conduct regular store audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and report findings.
• Control access for employees and visitors and maintain the visitor log.
• Support loss prevention and safety programs within the distribution center.
