Job summary

You will use CCTV, identify theft incidents, and document them while coordinating with local law enforcement. A valid Guard Card and reliable transportation are required, along with strong customer service and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or loss prevention preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV and loss prevention processes.
• Ability to document incidents clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work as an undercover agent to prevent theft.
• Detect and observe potential shoplifters.
• Conduct apprehensions and recoveries as described in post orders.
• Document incidents, report emergencies and contact authorities.
• Utilize smartphone/tablet for daily electronic reports.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and provide statements.
