Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to support security and compliance in the Distribution Center. You will help protect assets, monitor procedures, and investigate incidents while assisting gatehouse operations and data entry.

The role involves auditing processes, reporting theft or safety violations, and helping train new Loss Prevention staff across all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or prior Loss Prevention experience.
• Certification in the use of power equipment to aid investigations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in protecting Kohl's physical, human and property assets.
• Monitor physical security policies and procedures of Kohl's and the Distribution Center.
• Report incidents of associate theft or safety violations.
• Participate in internal theft investigations following Kohl's policies.
• Monitor safety policies and join the Distribution Center Safety Committee.
• Conduct Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracy.
• Report production fraud or shortcuts by associates.
• Observe associates on floor/CCTV to ensure processing guideline compliance.
• Enter audit results and related information into systems.
• Perform Gatehouse data entry and operations.
• Assist in store inquiries as needed.
• Support training of new Loss Prevention Associates.
