Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention professional in Massachusetts to protect assets and monitor access and security systems within the Distribution Center. The role requires vigilance over dock operations, yard traffic, CCTV surveillance, and incident investigations.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential; prior loss prevention experience is preferred but not required. Education in criminal justice is a plus and confidentiality is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets including people, property and information.
• Monitor Shipping/Receiving docks, alarm systems, access controls, parking lots and key areas in the Distribution Center.
• Oversee movement of trailers/vehicle traffic entering or leaving the yard.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing trailers are processed.
• Conduct CCTV surveillance and investigate potential dishonest activity.
• Display integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain and enforce fire and safety regulations within the Distribution Center.

Job description

• Provide protection of all company assets, including people, property and information.
• Monitor Shipping/Receiving docks, trailer yard activities, alarm systems and access controls, parking lots and all other key areas in the Distribution Center.
• Monitor the movement of trailers/vehicle traffic entering or leaving the yard area.
• Monitor merchandise entering or leaving the facility.
• Maintenance of established fire and safety regulations within the Distribution Center.
• Ensures incoming and outgoing trailers are processed.
• Maintains a professional manner and can effectively handle all situations.
• Conduct CCTV surveillance and investigate potential dishonest activity.
• Display integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Openings on the following shifts:
• C Shift Monday - Thursday 6:30PM - 5:00AM
• B Shift Friday - Sunday 5:00AM - 6:30PM
• D Shift Friday - Monday 6:30PM - 5:00AM

Requirements:
