Beall's, Inc. seeks a Logistics Loss Prevention Officer for 1st shift (8am-4pm) to support the Distribution Center. You will enforce policies, supervise surveillance operations and investigate incidents while safeguarding company assets and confidential information.

The role requires experience with CCTV, alarm and access control systems, plus strong communication and decision-making under pressure. Flexibility for weekend work and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound decision making and ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Experience with CCTV, alarm and access control systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Beall's Policies and Procedures and conduct training.
• Conduct surveillance and internal investigations and report incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Loss Prevention information.
• Account for all company property and maintain shift logs.
• Conduct security inspections and manage property access.
• Respond to incidents and monitor CCTV, alarm, and access systems.
• Oversee inbound/outbound trailer management and seal control.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
