Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss from theft and fraud in the store(s).
• Review CCTV footage and exception reports to identify incidents.
• Monitor store security and drive shrink-elimination initiatives.
• Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; testify in court if required.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and support safety initiatives.
