Job summary

You will use surveillance tools, review reports, monitor security, and drive a shrink-elimination culture across the store.

You will prepare accurate case reports of apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and coordinate with law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss by preventing theft and fraud.
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud using CCTV and exception reports.
• Monitor store physical security and audit Electronic Article Surveillance.
• Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserve evidence and interact with law enforcement; may testify in court actions.
• Report hazardous conditions and follow safety guidelines.
• Support store objectives while maintaining integrity and risk awareness.
