Job summary

You will review CCTV and exception reports, monitor security measures, and prepare detailed case reports of apprehensions and recoveries. The role requires integrity, strong ethics, and the ability to interact with law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss due to theft and fraud, and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned stores.
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, and monitor store security.
• Audit Electronic Article Surveillance and drive a shrink-elimination culture in the store.
• Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence.
• Interact with law enforcement and testify in civil or criminal actions when required.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and minimize risk to people and assets.
