Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prevent financial loss from theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).
• Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive shrink elimination.
• Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify when required in court actions.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and perform duties in a way that minimizes risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
• Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to asset protection and operational concerns while staying focused on store objectives.
