Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance to detect theft, safety risks, and operational issues.
• Apprehend individuals in line with company policies and laws.
• Respond to EAS alarms and investigate incidents.
• Conduct audits to detect vendor fraud and ensure procedural compliance.
• Inspect and audit shrink control, safety, and security standards; document findings.
• Operate CCTV, EAS and alarm systems.
• Conduct investigations with thorough documentation and partner with leadership and law enforcement as needed.
• Train associates on loss prevention, safety, and compliance practices.
