Job summary

Target is seeking an Assets Protection Specialist in Baltimore to help keep guests and team members safe while protecting merchandise and reducing losses. The role emphasizes surveillance, incident documentation, and proactive customer service.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and holidays. Training will be provided to learn Target's AP policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds and stay mobile during shift.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, team members and assets by preventing theft and loss.
• Monitor store activities using surveillance systems and identify theft risks.
• Document incidents and follow AP policies for case reports.
• Provide a positive, friendly guest experience and assist peers as needed.
