Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an LP Operations Coordinator II to drive continuous improvement across LP systems, programs, and store environments. You will develop and maintain reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Salesforce while supporting cameras, alarms, and EAS/merchandise protection equipment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track service tickets, and help deliver training materials and LP content.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Loss Prevention, customer or technical service desk experience, or related retail experience.
• 1 or more years of project oversight or coordination experience.
• Familiarity with retail/camera systems and physical security.
• Understanding of Loss Prevention processes and protection strategies.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Work with LP solution vendors to track service tickets, support needs and project component delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with internal project teams (Technology, Facilities, Operations) to track completion of LP service, repair and installation projects.
• Ensure changes are communicated to and executed within stores on time for scheduled projects.
• Support development and delivery of key LP program and process training materials for end users.
• Maintain LP SharePoint pages and manage tasks via LP project manager tool.
• Collaborate on reporting to deliver improved service levels, communication, and first-time resolution.
