Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Department Manager in Forsyth, GA. You will lead a team to protect company assets, monitor store areas for fraud and theft, and drive shrink reduction through training and leadership.

You will motivate associates, oversee loss prevention duties, and develop staff to meet department goals. The role requires flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts within a strong, customer-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading loss prevention teams or similar security roles.
• Ability to train and coach associates to reduce shrink.
• Strong oversight to monitor for fraud, theft, and other security risks.

Responsibilities

• Motivate loss prevention associates to identify and reduce sources of loss from internal/external theft – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a loss prevention associate and meet individual case goals
• Assess and develop associates’ skills to meet department goals and reduce shrinkage
• Provide feedback to loss prevention associates on case statistics
• Develop and implement solutions to solve problems and reduce loss
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
