Concord Hospitality is seeking a dependable Loss Prevention Guard to safeguard guests, associates, and property. You’ll enforce security measures, maintain a safe environment, and provide a visible presence across the property.

Calmness, reliability, and sharp attention to safety are essential for success. Key responsibilities include patrolling the hotel, responding to incidents and emergencies, documenting investigations, monitoring cameras and alarms, assisting guests and staff with safety

Formación

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Calm, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol hotel property to protect guests, associates, and assets.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and house calls promptly and professionally.
• Initiate and follow up on investigations, documenting incidents accurately.
• Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access points.
• Assist guests and colleagues with safety concerns and provide support.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and safety checks.
