Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection professional for the Northeast region to help reduce shrink and protect guests and team members in our Philadelphia store. This hourly role supports store leadership and enforces company security policies.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, conducting safety checks, and performing routine loss-prevention investigations while maintaining exceptional guest service and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate with all staff levels.
• 1–2 years of retail loss prevention experience.
• Basic understanding of retail or security.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 20 lbs.
• Regular time and attendance is essential.
• Able to work independently and follow Five Below policies.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to shortage reduction and investigations.
• Work with General Manager to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain employee entrance area where applicable.
• Track packages delivered through employee entrance.
• Conduct store security checks and make loss-prevention recommendations.
• Provide a visible, courteous presence at entrance/exit.
• Perform safety inspections and communicate hazards to management.
• Greet customers as a Five Below associate.
