Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Loss Prevention Analyst to support shrink reduction through report generation and data analysis. You will communicate exception reports to District Loss Prevention Managers and help drive store-level improvements.

Responsibilities include creating daily loss exception reports, analyzing trends from systems, presenting findings to leadership, and supporting training on the Appriss Secure 5 Platform. Occasional travel to stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• 1 year Asset Protection/Loss Prevention experience preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of exception-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor daily loss exceptions to identify theft.
• Collect and communicate data from systems on loss trends.
• Present data to District Loss Prevention Managers for investigation.
• Support stores and leadership with loss prevention insights.
• Assist training on investigation and exception tracking systems.
• Review procedures to prevent shortage.
