Responsibilities

• Understand investor's waterfall and required documents for loss mitigation.
• Identify proof of income listed on financial documents.
• Request missing or additional documentation needed to move forward with the borrower's loss mitigation request.
• Communicate with the Single Point of Contact regarding follow-up document requests.
• Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls and company policies.
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit points.
• Promote an environment that reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
