Job Summary

West Bend is seeking a Loss Control Representative to join our team. This field-based position covering Southeast WI involves conducting onsite risk assessments, physical surveys, analyzing risk exposures, developing service plans, and providing recommendations. You will collaborate with underwriters and agents, manage a territory, and conduct safety training sessions, sometimes on weekends. Work from your home office.

The internal application deadline is 4.24.25. External applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in safety, loss control, or related fields
• Ability to service large/complex accounts independently and reduce loss drivers
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and engage in professional development
• Experience with multi-line insurance carriers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Education & Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Loss Control, Risk Management, Safety, Insurance, or related field
• Professional safety, health, or insurance designations (e.g., CSP, ARM, CIC, CPCU)
