Employees receive fully paid training, mentoring, continuous development, and company-furnished hardware, software, phone, and a fleet vehicle. We equip our team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver excellent products and set them up for success.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Scheduling and conducting on-site visits, completing reports to evaluate risk, identifying business operations, construction materials, fire protection systems, safety measures, and developing safety and loss control recommendations.
  2. Representing Verisk and our customers professionally via phone, in person, and in written communication.
  3. Ensuring data quality by completing accurate, customer-centric reports with attention to detail and communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Risk Management, Insurance, Construction Management, or related fields. Experience in loss control, underwriting, claims, or property inspections is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to produce concise, informative reports.
  • Proficiency with technology, including laptops, mobile devices, MS Office, and mobile apps. Ability to measure square footage, perimeter, and percentages.
  • Self-motivated with effective planning and goal-setting skills. Ability to efficiently schedule and conduct site visits with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to gather detailed data, navigate various environments, and work in different weather conditions, including walking, standing, climbing stairs, and occasional ladder use.
  • Professional designations such as CFPS, CSP, ARM, ALCM, NFPA, or CPCU are advantageous.
Requirements:
