Job summary

Majestic Service Company is seeking hardworking individuals to conduct onsite property and liability loss control inspections. We value independent contractors with at least 3 years in the insurance inspection field or related experience.

Candidates should understand ISO classification (1-6), general liability, and property hazards, and be capable of calculating square footage. You will schedule visits, perform inspections, capture photos, and report findings through our online portal.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance loss control/inspection.
• Basic knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to create your own schedule.
• Strong writing skills to summarize inspections into reports.
• Need a PC with high-speed internet, digital camera, reliable vehicle, cell phone and self-motivation.

We are a Nationwide Inspection Company seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance inspection industry (or related field). Candidate must have knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6), general liability, property hazards, and square footage calculations.

Requirements Include

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as an independent contractor providing insurance-related loss control or relevant experience in the inspection/insurance field
• A basic knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance
• Great time management skills, ability to create your own schedule
• Great writing skills, ability to summarize inspection into a report
• A PC with a high-speed internet connection and PC knowledge, a digital camera, a reliable vehicle, a cell phone and self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Contact the policyholder and schedule the inspection, drive to inspection site
• Complete onsite inspection, providing clear digital photos
• Identify property and liability hazards
• Write up report, complete relevant forms, and upload photos through Majestic's online portal
• Familiarize yourself with varying client requirements
