Associated Services Inspections, Ltd. is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to assess commercial, residential, and agricultural properties.

You will review requirements, schedule inspections, and perform on-site evaluations focusing on building systems, fire safety, and risk factors. Inspectors will capture detailed photos, take measurements, interview the insured, and update reports in the online platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial insurance loss control inspections.
• Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, and workers’ compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Receive and review inspection requirements for each assignment.
• Contact insured by phone, email, or text to schedule inspections.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of properties (commercial, residential, farm) and assess building systems, life safety, and liabilities.
• Capture 20–35 interior/exterior photos per structure and take precise measurements.
• Interview insured about operations and risk details; update status in ASC system.
• Complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch, including checklists and narratives.
