Job summary

Republic Indemnity Company of America in the greater Los Angeles area is seeking a Loss Control Consultant to service accounts across California and the western United States. The role focuses on reducing workers’ compensation risks and delivering professional safety guidance to insureds.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 3+ years of safety experience in workers’ compensation, with strong communication skills in English and Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of workers’ compensation safety experience.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within territory weekly.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severity
• Identify key workplace safety exposures and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Deliver effective presentations and customer service to prospective and existing insureds
• Communicate clearly with insureds, producers, and underwriting, both verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in workers’ compensation safety.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record are required. Ability to drive within the assigned territory on a weekly basis.

$116,150.00 -$157,550.00
