Job summary

Los Angeles Baekjeong Llc is hiring a food runner to support servers and bartenders, delivering orders promptly and restocking stations. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and efficient service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include restocking utensils, plates, and glassware, maintaining expo and runner stations, and assisting with transporting food to tables. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Strong customer service operations skills preferred.
• Superior skills in interaction with guests preferred.
• Prior runner and/or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility is assisting servers and bartenders and delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Restock alcohol fridge and setting stations with utensils, plates, cups, and salt.
• Restock food items at stations with labels, wipe down and sanitize stations.
• Wipe down expo carts, runner station, and related surfaces; breakdown carrier and dispose of leftovers.
• Assist in running food out to tables and ensure supplies are available (tongs, scissors, etc.).
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe; wash and prepare bottles/caps when needed.

The primary responsibility of the food runner is to provide assistance to the servers and bartenders.
