General Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team at Loro Piana. The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and maintaining the highest standards of service to our clients. You will support store leadership to oversee the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will foster a client-centric culture, ensuring a seamless and elevated shopping experience while upholding the Loro Piana brand image. Compensation

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $30 to $35 per year/hour.

Originally from Trivero in northern Italy, the Loro Piana family began trading wool in the early 1800s. In 1924, Pietro Loro Piana founded Ing. Loro Piana & C., the current company.
