Senior iOS Engineer – LoopNet

Location: Irvine, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

Our team is seeking an accomplished Senior iOS Engineer to support the web applications on www.loopnet.com, impacting millions of users. You will drive high‑visibility iOS development, exploring emerging technologies and applying them to improve our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users.
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices.
• Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services.
• Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable.
• Understand CoStar’s product architecture and frameworks and contribute your ideas.
• Collaborate with different teams and other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university.
• A record of commitment to prior employers.
• 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications.
• Expertise in iOS development (Objective‑C, SwiftUI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, XCode IDE, Interface Builder) and a passion for learning and sharing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, etc.

Base salary range: $130,000–$204,000, based on relevant skills and experience, plus performance‑based incentives.
