Job summary

Engineered Floors is seeking a skilled operator to run weaving machines on the production floor. You will load yarn cones, thread yarn through looms, monitor lights, and perform quality checks to keep production on track.

The role requires standing for a 12-hour shift, good physical condition, color vision, and the ability to read and write with no computer skills needed. Prior machinery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with ability to read and write.
• No computer skills required.
• Experience with machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate 13–23 weaving machines on the loom each shift.
• Stand on a 12-hour shift with breaks as scheduled.
• Remove yarn cones and repair yarn breaks as they occur.
• Move creel and cone racks to keep production flowing.
• Distinguish yarn colors and loom indicator lights (yellow/blue/red).
• Perform hourly quality checks and respond to loom alarms.
