Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in machine operation is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to make minor machine adjustments.
• Attention to detail to detect weaving quality issues.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor loom machines to produce woven hose jackets according to specifications.
• Load yarns and replace cones/spools as needed to maintain continuous weaving.
• Check product quality and visual appearance; adjust machine settings to correct defects.
• Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, basic adjustments).
• Record production counts, machine performance, and any quality issues.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Assist team members with other production tasks as needed.
