Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort looks for a Lookout Supervisor to lead the food and beverage team at The Lookout. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, and maintain a safe, clean work area while delivering friendly guest experiences.

Training begins mid November with interviews starting late October/early November; part-time seasonal hours include AM/PM shifts and weekends/holidays. Mechanisms for tips are in place.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Valid food handler permit within 30 days of employment.
• Tips & Sips alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.
• Must pass UDABC background check and fingerprints for Sundance liquor license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and plan, direct all employees on assigned shift.
• Ensure rules and procedures are followed and incidents are documented.
• Inspect uniforms, cleanliness, and identification; conduct daily lineups.
• Provide courteous service, greet guests, and communicate specials.
• Handle money according to department policies; input orders in POS.
• Maintain safety, stock items, and support guest questions and reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints and initiate service recoveries.
