Job description

We are urgently looking for a male caregiver to assist one of our clients in North Prarie.

Shift:

  • 24/7 client

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay with direct deposit
  • Minimum requirement: 2-3 days per week
  • Pay based on experience and certification

Requirements:

  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • 1+ year of caregiver or home care experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable automobile (preferred)
  • Physical ability to perform caregiving duties (standing, walking, squatting, bending, etc.)
  • Willing to travel from 10-35 minutes max to go to the client's home
  • Hoyer Lift Experience
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to patients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
  • Assist with exercises and physical activities (if the client is capable)
  • Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the Director of Nursing
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment, ensuring quality care
  • Adhere to patient rights and follow care plans
