Job summary

Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills is seeking motivated technicians with GM experience to join our service team. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles using state-of-the-art tools and participate in ongoing training.

This full-time, hourly role offers the potential to earn $80,000 to $100,000+ per year, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Previous automotive technician experience or strong mechanical background
• Must have own tools
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and fix problems
• Communicate repair recommendations and provide cost estimates to service advisors/customers
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Complete vehicle repairs and services efficiently with quality workmanship
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements

Job Summary:

Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills is currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for the automotive industry to join our team as a Technician/ Skilled Labor/Contractor. As a Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, use state-of-the-art tools and equipment, and receive ongoing training to develop and enhance your skills. GM experience is required, so if you have a strong mechanical background and a desire to learn, we encourage you to apply!

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to over $100,000+ per year based on experience and skill level. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles
