Job summary

Dial-a-Nurse is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and Lee County. The role offers flexible hours across days, nights, overnights, and weekends for both part-time and full-time positions.

CNA or HHA certification is required or preferred, with at least 6 months of caregiving experience. Pay is $16.00 per hour and benefits include weekly pay and 24/7 caregiver support.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license/certification required or preferred.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene and mobility.
• Engage clients with companionship and social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments if required.
• Document care activities and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain client safety and comfort at all times.

We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide care for our clients in Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, and Lee County.

* Part Time/Full Time * Flexible hours, Days/Nights/Overnight/Weekend availability. We have LOTS of NEW cases rolling in daily!

Our Caregivers are responsible for the physical care and emotional support of our clients who may no longer be able to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. This person will always encourage and remain empathetic to the clients

Essential Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
