Job summary

Clinica Family Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field, or one year of behavioral health experience, to begin a career in mental health and support treatment goals.

This role involves traditional case management, supportive counseling, and group facilitation, with responsibilities to build relationships, manage a caseload, and collaborate with a team under the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, or 1 year in behavioral health for non-related degrees.
• Experience with clinical modalities: Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), other CBTs.
• Collaborative and client-centered orientation.
• Manage a caseload of clients and their diverse needs.
• Collaborative team member ready to support clients and team.
• Community outreach experience and ability to transport clients to care.
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional case management services, supportive counseling, and facilitating treatment groups.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Report to the Program Manager.
• Assist with transportation of clients as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field

1 year experience in behavioral health (for non-related Bachelor's degrees)

• Pay or shift range: $22 USD to $27.93 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

What we need for this job:
