Job summary

Clinica in Boulder, CO seeks a Licensed or Licensed Eligible Therapist for Adult Outpatient. You will join a collaborative outpatient team delivering trauma‑informed care to adults who may lack access to services.

The role supports MI, SFBT, DBT and related modalities, with flexible scheduling and strong team backing. Applicants hold a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and licensure or nearing licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree.
• Licensed: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, or within 12 months of full licensure.
• 1+ year experience in a clinical environment.
• Experience with individual and group therapy; interest in adults.

What we need for this job

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree


• Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or twelve (12) months from full licensure


• One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment


• Experience with therapy and group therapy and interest in working with adults


• Passionate advocate for clients who have experienced oppression or discrimination


• Collaborative, and client centered experience


• Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
