Job summary

Immortals seeks a seasoned Medical Director to lead clinical strategy for our Autonomous Health platform in the United States. This role blends high-touch concierge care with rigorous oversight of personalized health protocols.

You will supervise a small team, integrate biomarker data, genomics, and wearables, and partner with product and engineering to scale evidence-based care. Board-certified with leadership experience and an active license are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO with 10+ years of clinical practice.
• Concierge/longevity background in high-touch concierge model or boutique longevity clinic.
• 5+ years in Medical Director or executive clinical role.
• Active, unrestricted medical license (multistate preferred) and current DEA.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership and oversight of personalized health protocols.
• Collaborate with health coaches, dietitians, and care coordinators to maintain concierge-level service.
• Drive clinical strategy for Blueprint platform and SMAI integration to derive insights from large biomarker datasets.

This role blends high-touch concierge care with strategic clinical oversight, ensuring our protocols are not just data-driven, but biologically optimized for the modern world.

Requirements:

• Data-Dense Interpretation: Review genomic, laboratory, imaging, and wearable data, interpreting it through the lens of individual biochemical individuality.
• High-Touch Concierge Care: Conduct telemedicine visits that mirror the "white-glove" service of concierge medicine—prioritizing patient access, deep listening, and comprehensive health advocacy.
• Longevity Intervention: Develop personalized, lifestyle-first health plans that prioritize mitochondrial health, phase I/II detoxification, and metabolic flexibility.
• Longitudinal Partnership: Manage a small, high-intensity cohort of patients, refining their protocols over time based on real-time biomarker feedback.
• Team approach: working collaboratively with health coaches, dieticians, and care coordinators.

Strategic & Cross-Functional:

• Product Evolution: Work with Product and Engineering teams to build the "clinical brain" of the Blueprint platform.
• The Voice of Medicine: Serve as the clinical voice in cross-functional initiatives involving Growth, Operations, and the "Don't Die" movement.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified MD or DO from an accredited medical school with 10+ years of clinical practice.
• Concierge/Longevity Background: Proven track record in a high-touch longevity focused concierge model or a boutique longevity clinic.
• Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a Medical Director or executive clinical role.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted medical license (multistate preferred) and current DEA.
• The "Blueprint" Mindset: A passion for data, self-experimentation, and the rejection of the "standard of care" when the standard is mediocrity.

• Clinical Mastery: Defensible, data-backed medical decisions that move the needle on patient biological age and vitality.
• Scalable Excellence: Building clinical workflows that allow Blueprint to scale without losing the intimacy and precision of concierge care.

Salary Range: $200-300k + variable pay + equity + benefits
