Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate NP program completion and state licensure in Ohio.
- Board-certified nurse practitioner with a clean record.
- Experience with functional medicine or integrative therapies preferred.

- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on longevity and preventive care.
- Collaborate across plastic surgery, dermatology and wellness teams.
- Lead and expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program.
