Job summary

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) seeks a Functional & Longevity Medicine Nurse Practitioner to lead and expand a premier program in Central Ohio. Join a physician-led, multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, personalized care in longevity, hormone optimization and wellness.

The ideal NP will develop individualized plans, collaborate with surgeons, dermatologists and wellness staff, and contribute to the growth of a thriving practice while advancing patient health and quality

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Ohio.
National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or related specialty preferred.
Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies or wellness medicine strongly preferred.
Knowledge of medical weight management therapies, including GLP‑1 medications.
Strong clinical assessment, patient education and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing wellness services.

Responsibilities

Lead and expand CAPS' Functional & Longevity Medicine program.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health and quality of life.
Collaborate across multiple specialties to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
