Your Impact

As a Patient Experience Coordinator — aka "Health Hacker" — you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and their guide through every step of the visit. You’ll play a critical role in delivering five‑star hospitality to every patient by communicating effectively, anticipating needs, and keeping the visit running smoothly from check‑in to check‑out.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients and visitors with a welcoming and upbeat demeanor
• Checking in patients, verifying their payment information, and outlining their schedule for the day
• Guiding patients through wellness technologies like infrared sauna, cryotherapy, and red light therapy by explaining each modality, setting patients up for their sessions, and resetting equipment
• Understanding more advanced therapies offered like: Peptides, hormones, EBOO, TPE, lab testing
• Working with nurses, clinicians, administrators, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient flow through the clinic
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic schedule
• Assisting patients with questions and understanding their needs
• Maintaining and updating patient records
• Understanding the range of longevity and health optimization services we offer

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $22-26 per hour, plus benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
