Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic Long-Term Substitute - Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our early childhood education team for September through January 6th.

You will design engaging activities, maintain a warm classroom routine, and communicate regularly with families. Collaboration with co-teachers and school leaders ensures a high-quality learning experience for toddlers, supporting curiosity and development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
