Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Valid Maine teaching certification or eligibility for endorsement required.
• Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of effective teaching practices.
• Ability to design differentiated, standards-based instruction.
• Experience with student-centered instruction and classroom management.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belief that all students can learn.
• National Board Certification is a plus.
