The Long-Term Substitute Teacher provides consistent instruction, supervision, and classroom management during an extended absence of the regular classroom teacher. The position follows established curriculum, lesson plans, and school policies while maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment. The Long-Term Substitute Teacher also supports the mission of Catholic education by serving as a positive role model and fostering an environment grounded in faith, respect, service, and Christian values.
