Job summary

Qualifications

• Massachusetts certification as a school adjustment counselor, LICSW, or LMHC is required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Experience with children and parents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school adjustment counseling and social work support.
• Develop individualized behavioral plans and social-emotional goals.
• Coordinate with teachers and families to support student progress.
• Conduct observations and prepare progress reports.
• Provide individual and group counseling and crisis support.
