Job summary

Webster Public Schools is seeking two Long-Term Substitute Nurses (LPNs/RNs) to cover Park Ave Elementary and Bartlett High School in Webster, MA. This part-time position starts immediately with estimated dates through early 2027.

The role requires a current Massachusetts RN or LPN license, DESE certification or eligibility, CPR/AED certification, and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Prior school-nurse experience is preferred; citizenship or legal work authorization is required.

Job Description

Webster Public Schools is seeking for Long Term experienced LPN or RN License at Park Ave Elementary and Bartlett High School.

The Long Term Substitute Nurse at Park Ave Elementary estimated dates are from December 1, 2026 to March 30, 2027.

The Long Term Substitute Nurse at Bartlett High School estimated dates are from October 19, 2026 to January 11, 2027.

The School Nurse manages health services for assessment, evaluation and improvement of health for students.

• Administer basic health care and first aid
• Provide direct services to students using current medical practice
• Responsible for care given to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards, of practices, physician's orders, local town nurse and the Massachusetts Dept. of Health
• Advice and collaborate with school personnel on specific student health issues that may impact student learning
