Job summary

Easton-Redding-Region 9 School Districts seeks a temporary high school math teacher to cover Geometry, Algebra II and Pre-Calculus. CT teaching certification in Mathematics for grades 7-12 is required.

The position runs from mid November 2026 through January 20, 2027, with pay per the Joel Barlow Education Association bargaining unit agreement and no benefits. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with students, peers and parents.

Qualifications

• CT teaching certification in Mathematics for grades 7-12.
• Experience teaching Geometry, Algebra II and Pre-Calculus at high school level.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with students, peers and parents.
