Job summary

Easton, Redding, and Region 9 School Districts seek a certified high school math teacher to deliver Geometry, Algebra II and Pre-Calculus instruction. The position is temporary, beginning mid-November 2026 and extending through January 20, 2027, with salary aligned to the Joel Barlow Education Association bargaining unit agreement and no benefits.

Candidates must hold CT certification for 7-12 in Mathematics.

Qualifications

• CT teaching certification in Mathematics 7-12 is required.
• Experience teaching high school Geometry, Algebra II and Pre-Calculus.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with students, peers and parents.
