Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lesson plans in accordance with the established curriculum for Grade 3.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing school-wide policies and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.

Requirements
